Jorge Riechmann, professor of moral philosophy at the UAM (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid), is a poet, essayist on ecological thought and former director of the Observatory of Sustainability in Spain in its constitutional phase. Carlota Subirós is a playwright, director of El cuaderno dorado and translator.

She has a degree in stage direction and dramaturgy from the Instituto del Teatro and in Italian philology from the University of Barcelona.
