Un teatre amb agulla i fil

Every October, in commemoration of the birth of Picasso, the BCN dibuixa is celebrated in the city. Once again the Teatre Lliure participates, this year with the artistic proposal of Tatiana Donoso, which is dedicated to photography, documentation and management of photographic archives. From his practice, he proposes a workshop through some of the images and documents preserved by the Arxiu Lliure of the history of theatre, of a total of about 60,000!

From these materials, the proposal will open a playful and experimental space to intervene the image with fabrics and threads of the tailoring theater, following the idea of dressing the images of new meanings. This will allow us to get closer to the history of the Lliure through the archive and cover the images with a new fantasy skin and game.

In this edition of the BCN dibuixa draw drawings for a whole weekend -night included! - and we want young people, adults and children to feel challenged by the invitation to draw. Laboratories of creative experimentation, collaborative projects, individual introspective sessions, playful workshops... up to 33 different proposals with great artists and illustrators. Come and draw!
